What an absolute joke of a company, I don't understand how they're still operating successfully. My parcel has been "lost" at the Alfreton depot after been sat there for over a days. Customer service was pointless, they just gave the same copy and paste script apologising for the experience I am having and tell me to get in touch with the retailer - basically trying to not take any responsibility. Unfortunately I will now not see this parcel as they have either been stolen by a driver or warehouse operator or they have somehow managed to lose a parcel, are a parcel delivery company! Bottom line, avoid this company like the plague and use an actual reputable company - funnily enough i think even Evri aren't this bad!
