Once again another parcel gone missing. I would never recommend nor willingly use Yodel. My sender used yodel and iv noticed they hold the parcel for around 7 days before claiming it’s been delivered and not actually delivering. Customer service is horrendous all they can say is wait 24 hours then call us back iv been told that the last 2 times of contacting them, how many 24 hours do I need to wait before they will actually try and find it. Shocking company and the 1.1 star reviews shows it needs closing down.
