I sold an item on Ebay & paid for the postage purchasing the label from Ebay.
The buyer is still waiting for delivery after two weeks. The tracking shows it's in the final delivery depot. The customer service is non existent. DON'T USE YODEL.
Also, on a previous use of yodel I took my parcel to a collection shop. This stayed in the shop for over a week before I took it out and went to the main depot.
