Second time having a package delivered to me by this god awful company. First time they didn't even bother picking it up from the depot for 3 weeks and were completely useless on support, I had to contact the company who I bought my package from to contact Yodel directly. Now for the past 4 days, I've had the same message around 6pm (ish) saying that they missed me and will reschedule. I've been sat in the front room waiting for a knock or anything but haven't even heard them try to deliver. I have double checked and confirmed my address and checked with neighbours
Terrible company, terrible support, apparently terrible drivers, avoid!
