It's hard to believe Yodel has lost another parcel. My parcel showed it travelled to it's delivery depot, where it stayed for a number of days. This I had to query only to be told it could not be found. Nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting and have to assume it's been lost.
They sent an email of an apology, but it's a story we read so many times.
