Yodel are absolutely useless.
I got a notification that my parcel was out for delivery yesterday 3/11/24 between 12.07 and 14.07 pm.
I tracked the parcel on the Yodel map but even though the map showed my parcel was approximately half a mile away it never arrived.
I contacted Yodel customer services only to be told they don't deliver on a Sunday.
Yodel appear to be totally incompetent and utterly useless.
From now on, any vendor that uses Yodel will be boycotted.
