received email stating there was issues completing delivery, could not speak to anyone and had to use web chat, stated they attempted delivery yesterday but this is a lie as I was in and checked the video doorbell at the time they stated delivery attempt was made .. asked when it will be delivered and told today before 9pm but cannot tell me when and to just keep checking the tracker which just tells me 'we have it' and to contact web chat again tomorrow if it is not delivered .. then the agent disconnected the chat with no warning or resolution
