Each time we have to book a courier for work the boss ends up choosing Yodel. Parcel should have been collected yesterday, but wasn't - this is the third time this has happened (3 different deliveries, not just this parcel). Log into the account and it says "no one home, card left". I have NO card and I'm very dubious they would have turned up past the collection time-frame to have left one behind anyway. Online chat rep says their system didn't have a reason from the courier for the failed collection (again, bet they were never here to leave a card behind) so just re-booked it for Monday - so a 48 hour express service is now NOT very express is it? Fingers crossed they turn up on Monday to collect it because there wasn't even any offer of a refund so I could find someone else to do the job right.
