Was told parcel was being delivered yesterday and at 9 pm was informed driver had attempted to deliver . Pure lies as ring doorbell and CCTV have no such evidence. Then told on chat my property was inaccessible!! Complete balderdash and then told driver had no sat nav. Hoe on earth this company is trading is beyond me and why big name companies are using ?
Avoid at all costs.
