Absolutely appalling service. My parcel was randomly dropped off at a locker without any information provided—not even a QR code to collect it. When I reached out to customer service, their brilliant solution was to "just go outside and look for a locker." Seriously? I’m pregnant, and the nearest lockers are in three different directions, each about 20 minutes away. A treasure hunt is the last thing I need right now.
To make matters worse, when I explained my situation, they simply shrugged it off and told me to contact the retailer instead. It’s shocking that they’re pushing their incompetence onto others.
