Contact again and 'it's lost in depot, we'll conduct a search'. How can a delivery company lose so many parcels? I suspect that this company is allowing it's employees to commit wholesale theft of goods. I intend to report my item as stolen and see what happens. Another fifty quid down the swannee with no hope of recovery. This company and all its employees stinks of corruption.
