Utter joke of a company, my latest negative experience is just one in a long line of events which make you wonder "how does this company actually make any money?".
Hideously late deliveries, been with courier for over a week now and still not delivered.
Previous expeirences have been awful also, including the courier just dumping all of the deliveries for our estate of 10k+ people to the local post office, forcing my disabled partner to try and bring back 24kg of dog food while I was away.
Other times I have received other peoples parcels and also had mine misdelivered.
