"An incredibly frustrating experience with Yodel. What should have been a simple delivery has wasted my entire day.
I received an email saying: 'We're really sorry but we were unable to deliver your Vinted order to your chosen Yodel Store.' Instead, they've sent it to a store in a town an hour away from where I live—despite me living in a major city with plenty of accessible delivery points. This is unacceptable.
I managed to get through to customer service yesterday, and they assured me they'd notify the team to redirect the parcel to my originally chosen store and that I would receive confirmation. However, today there's been no update, and I can't even get through to customer service anymore.
I've tried everything:
• Contacting their complaints email.
• Calling the store that supposedly has the parcel (they don't).
• Checking the original assigned store (no sign of it).
This level of service is beyond disappointing. Yodel's lack of communication and accountability has been a complete letdown. I will not be using this company again."
