Worse company ever!
Another parcel not delivered. Can’t get anyone at Yodel to pick up my query on their chat line. Don’t bother with trying to call them, that’s a waste of time.
Arranged to have it delivered today, no text from them, can’t speak to anyone on the phone and their web-based chat line is useless. Waited in all day AGAIN for a parcel which I especially arranged with Yodel to be delivered today.
Please DON’T use this company.
