I wanted to surprise my friend who was going through a rough time with some flowers. I paid extra for the next day delivery and so should have been delivered on a Tuesday. It's now Friday evening and the update from Yodel is... we have it. It's been like that since Monday midnight when I first got the email. Still not out for delivery after a few days. Tried to contact them but no luck there. Had to ask the florist for a replacement bouquet, I hope they don't use the same couriers because I will not order with that florist again then. And I had to ruin the surprise asking if my friend would still be working in the office next week as I don't have her new home address yet. So thanks Yodel for ruining the surprise and not even delivering!
