Parcel found by someone in the local village, had been dumped in the ditch with another one, contents soaking wet, tried to contact them through their chat feature no response, left a bad review suddenly they wanted to discuss it! According to local Facebook group, dozens of parcels were thrown in ditches that evening and many are still looking for their parcels. Will not order from companies that use yodel now
