Seriously the worst customer service ever.
Parcel was supposed to be delivered today. Waited in during the two hour delivery window. Then received an email saying sorry they missed us! No evidence even on the ring camera recordings…
Can’t speak to anyone a yodel as it’s all AI and it never gives you the help that you need. Disgraceful!
