Very bad and very poor customer service. My parcel was in their warehouse and they didn't deliver it to me on the right day. I communicated via chat the first time and in the middle of the conversation, the person who was talking to me simply left the conversation without saying anything! Then I called them and a lady there answered me but with a very bad network signal! Among other things, she told me that my address was correct and he didn't know why they hadn't delivered the item to me on the right day!
Really really disappointing!
