Absolutely incompetent!!!!
I had to stand outside my house in the cold to flag the driver down to get my delivery. Even so they still managed to go to the wrong house.
I waited in for 3 days for the delivery, the first 2 days they didn’t even try to deliver, they said they’d ‘missed me’ when I was home all the time. I would advise buyers not to purchase from companies who use Yodel.
