Yodel are the worst delivery company. They gave me a two hour delivery slot and told me my parcel needed to be handed to me in person and that it couldn’t be left in a safe place then they delivered my parcel early and left it by the side of the house in full view of the road without leaving a delivery card so I had no idea where it was. To make matters worse they then emailed me saying it had been delivered during the 2 hour delivery slot and had been handed to me even though I had been in and they had not! It was only because a neighbour had seen them earlier when I had taken the dog out for a walk that I knew they had actually been. Why lie about the time and why say they had handed it to me when they hadn’t. Their customer services are a joke as it’s an automated service telling you that your parcel has been delivered, you can’t actually speak to anyone. Dreadful company, I don’t know why anyone uses them. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with them.
