Awful from start to finish. 'Delivered' my parcel to a 'Safe Place' - I live on a main road and they propped it up against an outside wall... And inevitable the parcel was stolen. I have proof from the delivery picture that it was left somewhere completely unsafe. Nobody to physically speak with other the phone, just an automated option circuit that does nothing. Also left waiting for 20mins+ on the online chat. When I did manage to get through via web chat one time, they just advised there was nothing they could do. Can't actually believe they're still running to be honest
