Told me I have to be here to accept delivery. Emailed me Wednesday to say on route, tracking said will be here by Friday. So I jumped on their chat box to ask for something a tad shorter than a 76 hour window to have to stay in for delivery. The staff member ended the chat. Great company. If you're a business and are considering using this courier, think twice, concise and proper communication is everything.
