I had used Yodel to post CFL after packing it properly and also written fragile label. However they damaged it and the other party refused to accept. It has been more than 3 months and I'm still awaiting for the damaged parcel to be returned to the origin depot as claim process needs photo of the damaged parcel inspite of their portal showing the status as damaged
