Worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with and not just on 1 occasion there’s been several. This weekends experience left me infuriated!!! I received a email and text message stating my parcel was ready for collection which it wasn’t, I tried to collect again the next day but still no parcel to collect. After receiving reminder texts and emails say it was still waiting for collection I spent a total of an hour and 40 minutes on 2 separate occasions on live chat advising them that my parcel was not at collection point. On both occasions I sent them a screenshot of the tracking number and was told on both occasions that it was the incorrect number and they couldn’t help me further even though I entered the same number in to tracking and it said delivered to collection point!!! No help whatsoever, absolutely shocking service. Get your act together YODEL!!!
