Yodel is an absolute disgrace! I told them to leave my parcel at my doorstep, got an email confirming it—yet they dumped it in the lobby instead! Now it’s missing, and customer service is useless. What’s the point of instructions if they ignore them? Avoid Yodel at all costs! And no one bother to contact me .
