Absolutely disgusting service. Two people in the Yodel van—one stayed inside while the woman got out already holding my Pandora parcel. She didn’t even take it from the back, it was already in her hands, torn open, and the charm was gone. She rang the bell, snapped a photo, and drove off before I could get to the door.. Utterly unacceptable and disgraceful. I’m furious.
