Absolutely useless!! On my delivery page there were three messages. One saying the parcel was at my local depot, the next saying delivery between 15.15 and 17.15 and another saying it was three drops away. That was on there for an hour and then I get a message saying the driver couldn’t find my house!! When I tried to use chat it was even more pathetic!! Wouldn’t use yodel again if it was a free service. They are a disgrace!!
