I am writing to express my frustration regarding a delivery that was scheduled for the 22nd and due to the gate being closed in the evening, I had to change it to collection. The delivery couldn't be completed even on 24th April. It has now been over 48 hours since the change, and I have not received any updates. This situation was urgent, and despite my requests, their service has not provided any assistance.
