I sold an item on eBay and shipped it the next day with Yodel. The buyer was supposed to receive the item within a few days but it never arrived. After 2 weeks of not receiving the item, he canceled the order and refunded the money. I corresponded with Yodel for several weeks and got nothing, they apologized that the item was delayed for several weeks but claimed that they would later deliver it to the customer. It's been 2 months now. Due to the delay of this horrible company, I lost money, the customer and the item. The customer service is terrible, they write the same sentences, it feels like a robot is answering. They don't take responsibility. Avoid this sender, they lose the item and don't compensate, they don't even refund for shipping the item.
