Absolutely abysmal, if I could rate them minus stars I would. Every single time I purchase anything and find Yodel is the courier I know immediately I'm going to have issues, they should not be allowed to trade. Always late, never get parcel the day it's due,always have to go through stressful web chats trying to trace parcel, often had parcels go missing completely! Here I am yet again, parcel due yesterday, tracking says arriving today, now 21-30 in the evening and it clearly isn't coming today.
Please, please do not use this company!!!!! DREADFUL
