Yet again, Yodel has sent me a message saying my parcel is out for delivery on a Friday, but 17.45 on Saturday and still no parcel. This always happens on a Friday. Last time it happened I discovered that my "local" depot is 45 miles away in Warwickshire. I live in Nottinghamshire! Having spoken to a driver, it seems that on a Friday the last parcels on the van often end up going back to the depot.
What a terrible way to run a delivery company!
