Absolutely useless. After I hadn’t received any tracking updates on the day the parcel was due, I used the webchat and was assured it would arrive today..
It hasn’t and now they are closed tomorrow and on Monday I can’t sit at home all day waiting for delivery.
I don’t know why companies use these awful delivery companies
