Delivered parcel to wrong address and gave a pointless picture of a wall (I believe it to be a wall) as proof. On questioning via live chat they explained it had been delivered over 2 miles away according to their live tracker data. It would be looked into and they will get back to me. They did within 24 hours staying the depot has said it was delivered - case closed - it’s clearly not closed is it when everyone knows it’s been delivered incorrectly. Never heard anything from them again
