Delivery was due no later than today, 7th June 2025. Kept checking tracking info which stated it was out for delivery. Checked again at 3pm. To my suprise it was now showing delivery attempt failed. At no point did they attempt delivery today as I have been home all day. Contacted them via web chat to be told delivery had been attempted and it would now be Monday. I stated delivery had not been attempted nor was the parcel left in my designated safe place and asked why they were not being truthful. Kept stating sorry but nothing they can do. Exactly the same has happened previously with Yodel now. Quite happy to take payment for a delivery, fail on the delivery then lie to cover themselves. Very unhappy with the service this company supplies, don't know how it is still in business
