Absolutely uselss, delivered to wrong address, photo not even my house, Yodel customer service beyond useless, their investigation team said it was delivered correctly, but not to my address.
The person who received my order brought it to my house a few days later, they said their house has a number on the door that isn't the same as mine, the next day I receive an email from Yodel saying that my parcel had indeed been delivered correctly. What an absolute joke.
