My item (a ceramic storage jar) arrived broken despite wrapping carefully and labelling ‘fragile’ …. Vinted won’t help so I tried the courier. It’s REALLY difficult to get hold of any details for customer service. Then you get a person who is very unhelpful and nothing from the ‘complaints’ department. I’m out of pocket ! I WONT BE USING yodel again. Stick to Evri or Royal Mail !
