I ordered an item from Argos last week. Delivery was confirmed for Friday. I am still waiting, having been promised on three consecutive days that my order was on its way. Argos Helpline staff have been very sympathetic but there is nothing they can do. Argos, you need to change your courier urgently id you wish to compete with Amazon.
