Absolutely unacceptable service. I stayed home from work three days in a row to receive a time-sensitive parcel, tracked the driver in the Yodel app (who was literally on my street), only for them to never ring the bell or leave a card.
Customer service was useless—just an automated line giving incorrect updates. I’m furious and completely let down. Would give zero stars if I could.
