Customer service is one of the worst I’ve dealt with – slow, unhelpful, and rarely able to resolve issues. It feels like once your parcel is in their hands, you’re left completely in the dark.
I now avoid retailers who use Yodel whenever possible. It’s simply not worth the stress or risk of lost items.
