I switched to Yodel after extremely poor service from Evri but it’s like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire!
First collection the driver photographed the open porch door and left the parcel, snifter hours to get it rebooked they sent me a new label (why!)
Second collection 7am-9pm, just a small window! Not collected, I drove 30 minutes to the nearest drop off shop location at 9:30pm only to be told they couldn’t take it as drop needs yet another type of label.
Today I’m sending it by DPD, hopefully they will get it right!
