95% rate of misdelivery. I would give 0 stars if possible.
6/7 parcels in two weeks have been misdelivered. I have been denied a refund from the seller as Yodel claims they've been delivered based on GPS.
(GPS is not conclusive, only indicative)
This is DESPITE MY 'SAFE SPACE' PHOTO INCLUDING A PHOTO OF MY ACTUAL DOOR AND A NOTE TELLING THEM IF THEY DELIVER TO A BLUE DOOR THEY ARE ON THE WRONG STREET.
Absolutely ABYSMYAL.
