Yodel has to be one of the worst delivery companies I have had to use. I ordered a packed with next day delivery and 5 days later, I am still waiting! When using the live chat every day for the last 5 days, I have received the same generic answers with no further follow up information even though I had been told I will receive an update within 24 hours. Conflicting information given between agents and I have had to physically go to the depot to see where my parcel is, only to be told it is lost as it is not at the depot. I have attempted to make a claim to get my money back but apparently my reference number is invalid/not recognised. If you can help it, avoid Yodel at all costs!
