I was given a delivery time between 14.33Hrs. and 16.33Hrs. The parcel did not arrive but later in the evening when I was locking up for the night I discovered a parcel on the doorstep at the back of the house. No attempt was made to contact me.
When I checked the tracking on my computer I found the parcel was delivered at approx.19.30Hrs. This is not good enough and I will do my best not to order goods on line from companies using this so called delivery service.
