Delivery received to a Yodel pick up point. Upon receiving the package it looked similar to the package delivered by Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. Firstly the package was squashed, and secondly the contents were so badly broken, it just had to be poured into the bin.
Two things: either the individuals handling parcels at Yodel need to be better trained to take care when loading these into bags and vans, or those handling parcels that arrive to pick up points need trained not to put smaller parcels under heavy parcels.
