My parcel was set to delivered, nothing at my property, photo is of the driver holding the parcel against a random wall. We’ve looked all around and found nothing similar. When trying to escalate via chat you get no where and they cut you off rather than finish the conversation. Trouble is the supplier won’t refund either as Yodel has set as proof of delivery. Terrible service, and i’m still out of pocket!! If I could rate zero stars I would.
