There is a driver that comes to our supported accommodation organisation. he is supposed to contact any resident via their intercom, situated outside the property, only this particular driver, always wants to knock on our office window, expecting the office staff to come and collect parcels for the residents. when advised to do so, the driver was extremely rude. i asked him who he worked for and he declined to tell me, saying he worked for himself. This has happened on quite a few occasions with myself and other staff members.
