I waited in all day on Friday 11th July after being given delivery date and time. Delivery did not happen. When I complained on Monday 14th July I was falsely told that I had refused to accept the package and that it had been sent back to the sender! No evidence on my Ring Door Bell camera that any attempt to deliver the package had ever been made. Sender informed me on 2nd August that the package had not been received back at their designated address. Despite initial assurance that they were investigating, I have had no response to three letters that I have sent to Yodel. I am still trying to recover the cost of the contents of the package (£63.68) from Yodel but may have to resort to legal proceedings. Lies and deceit from start to finish from this appalling Company.
