Monday - window slot on their app given as 19:00 to 21:00. Stops information didn’t appear until past 22:00 and then driver had 25 stops left. At around 10 stops left this information stopped being updated and I then received the message ‘we need more information about your address’. The exact same thing happened on Tuesday. Now it’s Wednesday evening and still no package. Basically, two false delivery attempts and then another day back at their depot. Unbelievably poor
