My parcel was delivered to the wrong house by Yodel, the courier company. As "proof of delivery," they attached a photo of a random brown door, even though my door is white. Despite this clear evidence of their mistake, they are refusing to contact the seller and have completely ignored my complaint.
After 12 days with no parcel, the seller has also refused to issue a refund. It's shocking that both the courier and the retailer are avoiding all accountability. Avoid them both.
