My parcel was delivered to the wrong house by Yodel, the courier company. As "proof of delivery," they attached a photo of a random brown door, even though my door is white. Despite this clear evidence of their mistake, they are refusing to contact the seller and have completely ignored my complaint. ​After 12 days with no parcel, the seller has also refused to issue a refund. It's shocking that both the courier and the retailer are avoiding all accountability. Avoid them both.
