Yodel driver took wrong parcel
I checked with him what he was collecting
When I said amazon he said yes
It was for perfect draught.
They wont help.
Ive asked to speak to a supervisor.
For 5 days . Not one available
Staff close the chat on you of you ask for supervisor
The phone is as bad .. no supervisor available and none can call back
Im now out of pocket as I cant get package back ..
And yodel dont do problem solving
